Handyman
SUMMARY
We would like to announce the recent opening for five Handyman Temporary positions in the Fixed Facilities Department.
To apply you must posses the following requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent and two (2) year of relevant work experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities related buildings, structures and equipment.
- Knowledge in masonry, carpentry, plumbing.
- Ability and knowledge to complete all general facilities maintenance essential duties
- Ability to safely operate equipment and tools typically used in buildings and grounds maintenance.
- Ability to enter data in computer applications (Microsoft Office) and prepare basic daily maintenance reports.
- Ability to work different shifts with minimum or no supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Availability to be on call in a 24/7 schedule.
- Valid driver’s license.
